Have you ever wondered why some people are a tad too emotional or overly depressed about the littlest things? In my own honest and personal opinion, I think some people take things too far; which ends up making themselves look like a joke. I think people overreact just to get attention or to get others to “care” for them; which also eventually makes people fake their concern just so the person will get over it. Life is simple but people tend to make it complicated for themselves.
There is a way though, to flush out all your frustrations and disappointments. Instead of taking in ALL the negativity, why not weigh your options on the positive side? Besides, you’ve got nothing to lose. Spare yourself some drama and heartache and look on the greener side.
It’s time to move on.
I’m not gona be a hypocrite by saying I’m not like that but the thing about me is, if something changes or if something comes in my way, I’ll definitely think about solutions or what can possibly be done instead of getting myself all so worked up about it. I used to be THAT person, the one that always look at the negatives and get myself all deserted. Something came up recently that I think it’s too petty for me to be apprehensive and I think it’s a little bit of an exaggeration if I say it makes me depressed, instead I weigh the positives and I told myself that I’ll choose the option that’s best for me. I don’t think I’ll mention the issue here since some other people are involved too. It’s a challenge for me nonetheless but we aught to have a little excitement and fun in our lives, no?
Well, that’s just me. We’re all individuals after all. But I think people should just give themselves a break. It helps. I’m just stating my POV, not judging or anything.
