Weight issues.

So I've been facing weight issues recently. Not being able to fit into a 24inch waist pants was the wake up call. I've never been fond of how my body looks like but I've never been the depressing kind of person who's super conscious about how my body is. It's not how it looks but how I feel about being so skinny. I am only human to feel awful when I can't fit into the smallest size of outfits especially jeans or pants. Not only that, the feeling of not being able to gain weight even when you eat too much is depressing. Some people make fun of me having a thin body or a flat tummy, saying that I don't have to "complain" about how I look cause I look just fine. Some even say that they envy me for having this body. Well think again. You are not in my shoes and you have not seen what's under these clothes. So I shall be honest now. My bust size is only 32A, my waist is only 22.5 inches, I am buttless and I am so skinny that the wind can just blow me away. Look, everyone has issues with how they look. If I have the ideal body stats which is 36"-26"-36", then I have nothing to fret about. Also I feel unhealthy cause of the way I am. I want to feel and stay healthy with a body that looks healthy and not be called looking like an "anorexic". It's not a funny issue anymore, I take this seriously cause I want to look good just like how everyone else does. I too would want to live a long life just like all of you.

Hence, I started searching about the proper food intake to gain weight and I came across this nutrition facts article thinking I should give it a try. They suggested that people like us should consume food such as these according to meals:

Breakfast

  • Whole grain toast with plenty of peanut butter

  • Oatmeal topped with granola, dried fruits and nuts

  • Omelet with cheese and vegetables

  • Milk or orange juice as beverages

Lunch or Dinner

  • An extra slice of cheese and some dressing or mayonnaise (made with canola or olive oil) to your sandwich

  • Salad topped with avocado, nuts and an olive oil dressing

  • Whole-grain crackers instead of chips

  • Whole-grain bread dipped into olive oil with garlic

  • Add powdered milk to a creamed soup

  • Vegetables such as potatoes and corn

  • Brown rice or whole-grain pasta

  • Green and colorful vegetables topped with olive oil

  • Legumes, such as black beans or pinto beans

  • Fresh fish, poultry, eggs, or lean meat for protein instead of processed lunch meats and sausage

Snacks

  • Dried fruits

  • Apple slices with peanut butter

  • Nuts and seeds

  • 100% fruit juice

  • Peanut butter, powdered milk, or protein powder added to a fruit smoothie

  • Whole-grain crackers with cheese slices

  • Trail mix or granola

So who's gona support me now knowing how I feel? Be it super thin or super fat, even with a pretty face, it's you wanting to have a healthy diet and living a long life with a good figure. :)

You know I happened to watch Oprah this morning and they were talking about weight issues with a therapist. The most important thing to keep yourself healthy is to stop feeling so bad about your body. Have a positive outlook while eating in a bigger portion. Don't fret about things like I'm too thin, I'm too fragile, etc. Then your body will slowly evolve into a healthy body. Always love your body and yourself to begin with :)

Hope this nonsense rant helps.

Have you tried the Herbal life shake thingy? Apparently if you mix up the shake with ice-creams and cookies (blend them together, it's well yummy) it helps for weight gain.

EAT LOTSSSSSSS AND LOTSSSSSSSSSSSS AND LOTSSSSSSSSSSSS OF ICE CREAMSSSSSSS.

Come over here. A huge hagen dazs tub is only £1.50 each!!
