Intern.

Life as an intern. It's been three weeks now and the workload is terrible. Never been a person who was interested in corporate work. As I've mentioned before, I was into mass communication. I am considered lucky to get into Petronas therefore I shall not fret. But I just wana say one thing, the staff there should smile a little more and be a little more helpful.

Just today we had a meeting with the GM. A real nice man, very inspiring. Also came from a difficult family background but he worked his way up. Something that he mentioned today, kinda kicked in. He said that a lot of "wrong" things had happened along the way but at this point of his life now, he said when he connected the dots, everything made sense. He said that everything happens for a reason. Sometimes we just gota endure it and suck up to it. Which is true don't you think? The picture will be unclear now but you will know what you want in the end. He also mentioned that he doesn't like being in a comfort zone. Meaning when he's too comfortable doing what he does, he changes direction and pursue in something else. Risky yet adventurous. Interesting.

Sigh. I've never been this tired. I hit the sacks at 10pm everyday now. I feel that I have lost my life. Haha. Petronas doesn't just treat you like an ordinary intern for sure. They really train you to do the work the permanent staffs do as well. As for me, I am doing invoice processing and what not! So imagine the work I'm doing. Gota catch up fast before the other interns are done for their term then I am on my own. Another 3 months and a week more to do. Buck up Mally. I know I can do it! :)
